This is the right way to wear hijab as Islam has set it to be. We’ve learned and known this all our lives (esp if we are born as moslems and goes to religion class when we were kids) yet we still don’t follow it because? As for me personally, I still have my own inner demon to fight, nafsu nafsi.
I ain’t gonna lie, I may not wear my hijab the right way right now but I will slowly change within time. I saw this post the first time Anna tweeted it but I didn’t reblog, why? Not because I didn’t want to spread the info but I wouldn’t want people to think I am simply reblogging it just for fun sake and not taking into input what it exactly means.
Hijab is a big responsibility to carry, I know that. And I know I won’t be wearing long hijab instantly cause I still wanna try a lot of things, turban etc. Like I said, my inner demon. It’s hard to oppress, but slowly I hope slowly.
But then again, I have a huge following of young moslem followers and therefore I do feel obligated to spread the right way of wearing hijab. Atleast I have my neck & ears covered coz it’s just funny in my eye to see myself covering my head but not my neck and ear. Ahh, slowly yeah.. Sorry for rambling nonsensical things. I know no one asks me to explain myself but I would feel weird if I reblog this and then reblog a fashion turban post :P (but then again, I’m sure my followers are educated people, when I reblog a turban clad girl doesn’t necessarily mean I’m promoting turban. Improvise it atleast.)
p/s: feel free to remove this text if you want to reblog. thank you.
